NEW YORK, March 16. Further tremendous accumulation occurred in Oanadian-Marconi shares, the kerb market exceeding yesterday’s record with 557,000 shares changing hands in five hours. Stock closed at. the year’s high level of B|. LONDON, March 17. The activity in Marconi shares has lessened, and the excitement has been transferred to the Cable group. Eastern Telegraph Company’s shares yesterday jumped from 25/- to 165/- and today there were numerous dealings, the market closing strongly at 200/-. Eastern Extensions have risen from 15/on Wednesday, to 10/6.
