NEW LYNN TRAGEDY.
ACCUSED REMANDED (by telegraph—press association.) AUCKLAND, March 15. Charged with the murder at New Lynn of liis sister-in-law Ernestine May Norgrove, Qn her. daughter’s wedding day Allan George Norgrove, aged 27, made his s-econd appearance in the Police Court to-day. The public gallery was crowded apd a number of women occupied front positions some time before the Court was opened. Chief-Detective Hammond asked for a remand until next Wednesday, and Mr. Allan Moody, who appeared for accused, raised no objection. The Magistrate (Mr. M‘Kean) : You will be going on with the case then? Mr. Hammond : Yes, your Wonship. The remand was granted.
