MAN WITHOUT NATIONALITY.
ZOUBKOFF EXPELLED. PRINCESS VICTORIA’S' DENIALS AY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHI BERLIN, March 15. The Ministry of the Interior confirm? the report that the Cologne police have ordered the expulsion of Zoubkoff because he had failed to renew his residence permit. The order describes him as a man without a nationality. Presumably, Princess Victoria, the ex-Kaiser’s sister, lost her nationality when she married Zoubkoff, but she Bias not ben expelled. Princess Victoria, despite the official confirmation, says the report of Zonbkoff’s expulsion is an infamous lie. Sheis also indignant because it is .alleged Zoubkoff has alreadyfled abroad. She says he left- their home at Bonn yesterday for a long cycling trip over the week-end, intending to return next week. Princess Victoria declared that the campaign against Zoubkoff was a put up job, and also that it was ridiculous to say she was seeking a divorce. She and Zoubkoff were perfectly happy and only wished, to- be left alone.
