The International Rugby Board has regretfuly decided that it is impossible to send a representative team to New Zealand in 1930. It .also carried a resolution that visiting teams must wholly he the guests of the unions or clubs of the countries visited; further, they must not make arrangements involving payments of allowances to them above actual travelling expenses.—A.P.A. and “Sun.”
