Attention is directed to an announcement, on iiage one of this issue, by Mr. Simon, who recently purchased the Cash and Carry Store in Union Street A business change, of interest to the people of the district, is notified in to-day’s “Star,” in the acquirement by Mr. W. T. Johnson and Mr. J. Hey, of the' well-known grocery and provision business, formed by Mi'. M. J. Campbell, apd now carried on by Mr. E. (“Reilly in High Street, Hawera. Mr. W. T. Johnson is well known as a business man of the town, and Mr. Hey, who has been at Kaponga for some years, has had a long business experience here and in England. They will take over the business as from April 2nd next. Exceptionally keen interest is being vinced in the forthcoming Stratford I)’strict Jubilee, which takes place- from 26th March to April Ist.
