CHRISTCHURCH, March, 13. “I, think we can safely anticipate that at March 31 of this year there will he an improvement of at least £ 1 0,000,G00 in the Dominion trade figures. The adverse balance of £3,000,000 on this date last year will be converted to a favourable balance of £3,000,000 or £7,000,000,” said the Hon. A. D. AtcLeod, Minister of Industries and Commerce, in the course of an interview last evening.
