The Haw era Fire Brigade- received, a call at 1.30 o’clock -this afternoon to Erin Street, where a boundary hedge and. fence had caught fire. A party of fot:r brigadesmen led by the superintendent (Mr A. Morrison) was soon -on the scene and the outbreak was extinguished in a few minutes with the aid of a single lead of hose.
