The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent reports that orders have been issued for the arrest of Cachin, Doriot, Marty, and Duclos. They should have surrendered on December 25, when Parliament rose, but the .police are apparently unwilling to apprehend them They are all openly walking about Paris. —“Sydney Sun.”
