]’ETEKWA.iI DISAPPEARS. AUCKLAND, Dec. 21. Peter wall, a prominent candidate for the Auckland Trotting Cup on Tuesday, disappeared about nine o’clock last night from racing stables at Epsom It is not known how the stallion gained his freedom. When the discovery was made, the city and suburbs ' were scoured unsuccessfully by men in motor-cars and on cycles. Neighbour's state that soon after nine o’clock they heard a horse galloping along the street in front of a motor-car.
