MORE OFFERS WANTED.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—May I again, through your valuable columns, make another and final appeal to your, readers to do what they can in the way of providing accommodation for about thirty members of the Balclutha Boys’ Band, who are to arrive here on January 5 next, and will depart the following morning. So far I have only received promises from five persons who are willing to help. Please do what you can to help as I would not like to tell them that this is the best we can do. —Yours, etc., E. A. PACEY, Mayor.
