An increase of 15s a ton in the price of fertilisers to take effect immediately is announced by the three fertiliser manufacturing' companies doing business in Auckland province, states a Press Association message. This decision was reached at a conference yesterday, and the agreement means that what has been called the “fertiliser war” has been ended. All orders now in the manufactures ’ hands will be fulfilled at the prices ruling when the orders were booked. The price of superphosphate has been £4 2s O'd during the past few months, but has now been rais. ed to £4 17s 6d.
