Pamela Martin, aged 6, residing at 16 Nelson Street, Pet one, died in the nibble hospital yesterday evening from injuries received through being knock- • 1 down by a motor lorry in Adelaide Road. The injuries consisted of scalp .rounds, concussion and internal injuries.
