A painful accident, resulting in a broken leg, befel Mr. L. Goodger junr. this afternoon, while endeavouring to ride a young horse. From what the “Hnwera Star” representative could gather, Mr. Goodger was training for the steer-riding contest at Stratford, and while the horse was still bucking be jumped off, and had the misfortune to fall on his ankle. He was treated by Dr. Sinclair and subsequently removed to the Hnwera hospital Rheumo expels the inner cause of rheumatism —-uric acid —4/6 large bottle.—Advt.
