THE SOUTH AFRICAN TOUR. SELECTION OF A MANAGER. (BY TELEGRAPH' PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND. Oct. 13. The Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby Union has decided to write to the New Zealand Rugby Union that in its opinion the manager of the South African tour should not be confined to the Management Committee of the New Zealand Union, and suggests that, nominations he obtained from the different unions and a selection made at a general meeting or by a postal ballot.
