Charged with keeping a common gaining house, Alexander Duncan, 21, was fined £75 today by the Magistrate, Mr. Mosley. The police .said accused’s premises were notorious. He was a parasite and nearly all the frequenters of the building were parasites who could ill—afford the money expendeed. Five men who were found on the premises were fined £3. CONDUCTED A.
