KAPONGA v. H.AWEKA PARK. Four players from ilio Park Croquet Club journeyed’ to Kaponga. on Saturday afternoon last. The visitors were hospitably entertained at afternoon tea by the Kaponga ladies. The match resulted in a win for the Parle team. The following are the results, Kaponga players being mentioned first, in each instance: — Mesdames Tait and Dawson 23 v. Mesdames Harding and Shaw 2G. Mesdames Brewer and Hislop 17 v. Mesdames Murdoch and King 26. Only one single was played: Mrs Dawson 14 v. Mrs Shaw 21. Totals: Kaponga, 54; Park, 73.
