At tire first convention of the new Australian Liberal Party, -which will contest the next Victoria election, and which will subsequently *nter the Fe-dora!-election campaign as a separate political cntitv, the charter of the party was read. It was mostly only of State interest, it includes the, furtherance of all State enterprises in the matter.ot public, utilities, no compulsory Government monopoly of transport, payment bv results in industry, limitation ot borrowing and no pre-election candidates. .
