VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS • SSOCTATION.I WELLINGTON, Jan. 24. The Department of Agriculture has drafted regulations for the administration of the Veterinary Surgeons Act which was passed last session and which provides for the registration of veterinary surgeons. After the regulations have been gazetted the Veterinary Surgeons Hoard will be constituted.
