BY CABEE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIOHI. ADELAIDE, Dec. 6. South Australia in their first innings made 481 (Rymill 142). Blnckie took seven for 159. Victoria in their second innings have lost one wicket for 116 (Woodfull not out 53. Ponsford 54). The weather is fine and the wicket good. Rymill opened confidently, and batted brilliantly throughout. He scored freelv with attractive strokes, hitting with power and placing with wonderful precision. The howling appeared to lack sting. Woodfidl and Ponsford opened Victoria’s second innings cautiously, hut hv careful batting slowly added to the score, both batting with confidence.
