CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 15. Zeal for business has cost F. Whitta, formerly a Christchurch lane, agent, £5 and sundry other disbursements in the way of costs, as a result of his entering the house of,J. Vincent,, in evidence, stated that he was often ordered away from home to attend camps, and during his absence his wife went to stay with her people in Fendnlton. As his house was in St. Albans, he and his wife deemed it wise to sell their home and buy another nearer the relatives’ home in Fendalton. To do this, the house was placed in the hands of various land agents in the city.
