It has been -decided to allot the seats on the League Council as follows: For three years to China and Poland; for two Years to Ronmania Chile And Cuba or Columbia ; for one year to Belgium. GENEVA, Sept. 14. All the' signatories to the . Locarno treaties have deposited ratifications of the treaties, which now become law. LONDON, Sept. 14. The Daily Chronicle’s Geneva correspondent states that much interest is being taken in a telegram from Blasoo- Ibanex, the eminent exiled Spanish novelist, declaring it is only the censorship in Spain which prevents the expression of Spanish opinion in favour of adhering to the League . As soon as the dictatorship is overthrown, the people’s first act will he to insist on rejoining and contributing to the League’s peace w'ork.
