The police have made numerous arrests, particularly of- Communists and friends, of Lucetti, including Enrico Malatesta, a well-known anarchist. Fascist deputies are urging an early extraordinary • convocation of the Chamber to legislate for the reintroduetion of capital .punishment for atatempts at assassination of the King or the head of the Government. It is revealed that Lucetti is heavily tattooed on the chest, displaying a huge inscription, ‘‘Vive La Morte.” TOTAL REACHES 300. Received 9.40 a.m. to-day. ROME, Sept. 14. Arrests' in connection with the attempt on Signor Mussolini’s life number 300. Sydney Sun Caible.
