Sir Thomas Lipton, the perpetual challenger for the American Cup, who . has arrived in the Lnited States, is at it again. In 1927 he proposes to bring • over the Shamrock V., and make' one more effort to lift the prized trophy. Like the good sport he lias always shown himself to be lie mixes a compliment to the American yachtsmen with his challenge.
