Cartney, his. wife, and four young children, was destroyed by fire last night, together with tho contents. The occupants escaped in their night attire. While the Oneh.un.ga brigade was fighting: thei fire at To Papa,pa, an unoccupied six-roomed house at Onehunga, owned by J. Broadhurst. wAs almost completely destroyed bv lire.
