Dr. Joseph Patrick Frengley, ■ director of the division of Food and Drugs of the Department of Health, died rather suddenly at his residence, Kurort, Wellington, on Sunday afternoon. The late Dr. Frengley bud not been in good health for some time, but was able to attend to his duties until almost the- end. He was at his office until noon on Saturday last. Of a. companionable .and likeable disposition, Dr. Frengley had very many friends, The members of the hospital and charitable aid. boards will also regret his passing away.
