You can send in any number, of attempts, but they must be on one of these forms with a “CAPSTAN” 10’s Packet attached. A 20’s Packet will do for two forms, or a 50’s Tin for five. Only one attempt must be made on each form. The proprietors* decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
