A BANKING APPOINTMENT. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. PARIS, June 26. An early indication of M. Caillaux’ intentions"to seek new brooms is given in a draft decree replacing M. Robinean (Governor of the Bank of France) by M. Moreau, who is at present, director of the Bank of Algiers.
