Lister engine, in good order NOTE. —These cows are a good lot, 45 being good Jersey and Jersey cross and the balance Holstein and Shorthorn cows of proven ability. All are in calf to pedigree Jersey bulls and ar.e due as follows: 30 July, 24 August, 0 September. There is nothing above a sth calver in the herd, whilst the cows have been tested individually.
