SUIT AGAINST EX-SECRETARY FOR WAR. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Jan. 23, 11.35 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 22. A suit against John Weeks, former Secretary for War, for 1,102,000 dollars, alleged to be involved in a claim settled in 1921 in connection with the purchase by the United States of Australian ships, was filed to-day by Charles Brewer, a former employee of the Department of Justice.—Reuter.
