DESTRUCTIVE STORM.
CANARY ISLANDS SWEPT. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. MADRID, Jan. 19. Describing the terrifying character of tlie storm which swept the Canary Islands and which lasted for three days, reports from Las Palmas say that there is not a single house which was not damaged. Six bodies so far have been discovered, but the number of victims and the extent of the damage on the rest of the islands is not known.
