The wreath encased in ice, sent by the New Zealand branch of the Navv League, has arrived from Wellington and will be exhibited for four days on Tra fa Iga r mo n lime lit. Sir James Allen broadcasted a talk on New Zealand’s climate, describing it as the healthiest in the world. There were no great inequalities ol weather and poverty, and encouragement was given for immigration.
