The death occurred this morning at Thames of William McCullough, s .former Legislative Councilor aind the proprietor of the Thames Star for over 30 years. He had been living in retirement for the past five years.—Press Association.
Eroin Dunedin comes the news of the death of William Reid, who was GrandSocretarv of the Grafid Lodge 1.0.0. F. from 1R77 till a year ago, when he was appointed Consulting Grand Secretary.
A Press Association message from Christchurch reports the death of Mr G. H. Opie, a prominent member for many years of the Canterbury Education Board, Canterbury College Board of Governors and tbe Technical College Board.
