FLOUR MILLING CASE. (BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, July 22. In (the Appeal Court, in the flourmilling case, Mr. Fair continued the argument for the Crown. He said the formation of Distributors Limited followed price cutting which had been indulged in by some millers, and was intended to prevent a reduction in price, other ’millers fearing that the whole milling business wo-uld become unprofitable. The- ease is proceeding.
