The Brussels correspondent of 'l'lie Times says that rumours of the early resumption of Russian-Belgian diplomatic relations- are dissipated by M. Vanderv'elde (Foreign Minister), who is returning from Paris, where he conversed with Krassin. He stated that Krassin keenly desired the resumption of relations, which he suggested should precede an examination of the present difficulties. M. Yandervelde dissented, and told him that before relations could be resumed Belgium’s Russian interests must first be guaranteed.
