'THREE SONS IN GAOL. YOUNGEST FACING GALLOWS. SAN FRANCISCO, June 29. Having borrowed the mone-r for her journey, Mrs Jenney Perry has arrived from Texas to visit her three sons, ail under 24 years of age, who are inmates of San Francisco Penitentiary. The main object of her visit is to endeavour to save from the scaffold the youngest son, by proving that he was under 18 when a killed a Los Angeles policeman. If she succeeds in proving this, the State law will not t permit the boy to he executed. p The second son is serving a term for bank robbery, while the third is imprisoned for the theft of an automobile on" a farm. “They were all good boys,” sobbed the mother, “but thev changed when thev came to the city.”
