HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. CllY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATIONWELLINGTON, July 8. The House of Representatives met yesterday afternoon. The Undesirable Immigrants Exclusion Amendment Bill (Mr. Fraser) was introduced and read a first time. The debate on the Address-in-Reply was continued by Messrs O’Brien, Harris, Jordon. Lysnar, Bartram, and Sir M. Pomare, the House adjourning at 10. JO p.m. LEG ISLATIVE COUNCIL. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. 'l’he Hon. Barr was elected Chairman of Committees. The Address-in-Reply debate was continued by the Hons. Mclntyre, Earnshaw, Colren. Newman, and Dr. Collins. The Council adjourned at 9.45 p.m.
