Lysnar, Bartram, and Sir M. Pomare, the House adjourning at 10. JO p.m. LEG ISLATIVE COUNCIL. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. 'l’he Hon. Barr was elected Chairman of Committees. The Address-in-Reply debate was continued by the Hons. Mclntyre, Earnshaw, Colren. Newman, and Dr. Collins. The Council adjourned at 9.45 p.m.
