The Savoy Tea Rooms was a scene of -gaiety and fun last evening on the occasion of'the Hinemoa Hockey Club’s opening of the season dance. The frocking was very pretty and bright. The dance was ably managed by the joint secretaries, Misses D. Machin and D. Nairn, assisted by a committee comprising Misses Lyall, Kirk, Campbell, McCalman, McGlashan, Galloway and Clement. Messrs Ebbet and Burgees filled the duties of M’s.C. admirably and McDonald’s Orchestra supplied the music.
