ORGANISATION SOCIETY OF N.Z., LTD., at its offices, situated in Princes Street, Hawera, on MONDAY, the Bth day of JUNE, 1925, at 1 o ’clock, on behalf of the Third Mortgagees under Memorandum of Mortgage registered- number 42331 ALL those pieces of land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 418 acres, more oi less, being. FIRSTLY Section 8, Block 8, Ngaere Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Register Book vol. 39, folio 125 (Taranaki Registry): AND SECONDLY Allotment 1, part of Sub-division, 3, Pukengahu Block, Ngaere Survey District, and being- all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Register Book vol. 2S, folio 2—o (Taranaki Registry): SUBJECT as to both the above described pieces of land to: FIRSTLY, Memorandum of Mortgage registered number 18642 to His Majesty the King, securing the repayment of the principal sum of £3OOO and interest thereon; AND Memorandum of Mortgage registered number 38224 to the Bank of New Zea- \ land, originally securing the repayment of the principal sum of £8876 and interest thereon, under which there is now owing for " principal the sum of £8376.
