MEETING OF GENERAL OOMMITTeE. On Saturday the ordinary meeting of the general committee of tlie, Egmont A. and P. Association was held, Mr. E. A. It was stressed by; several members that care must be . taken to see that all athletic bodies had the -use of the buildings. The agreement was' adopted. a clause being addecP to the effect that a joint committee /.lie appointed. Messrs Hunter Gillahders, and. Tonks were appointed to represent the .• association 011 the committee. j : f FARMING OPERATIONS! ;

In connection with the farming operations of the committee responsible for its direction, appreciatioVi was expressed at the excellent •result's- achieved, and Air B. 0. Lysnght, who directed the policy of the. committee,,was thanked for his good'Work.

O’Donnell, on Wednesdav, July 29. • ‘ - The date for receiving nomination’s for election of officers was fixed as May 23, at 5 p.m. Mr. A. H. Hansen, Dannevirke’, forwarded a letter making, a donation of the expenses incurred by him in .coming to judge at the last show, arid he was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.

Resignations were accepted of Messrs W„ T. Bailey, S. J, Bailey, and N. Hannah.
