Commander Eustace Maude, R.N., 77 .years of age, who commenced a voyage round the world in a 25ft. sloop on May 1. has arrived at Victoria. British Columbia, en route to the open sea, with Panama*as the next port of call. He will not sight land until he. reaches the canal. He has provisions aboard for one hundred days, but expects to make the canal in sixty days. He has fifty gallons of water and the same quantity of gasoline aboard.
