New Zealand cheese, white 93s to 9£s (90s to 925); coloured, 88s to 90s (86s to 88s). Market, quiet. ELTHAM PIG SALE. A few years ago Eltham used to be a. noted town for pig auction sales, but of recent years not much attention has been paid to that line of business. Mr A. Ware, auctioneer is endeavouring (says the Argus) to revive it, and on Saturday held a pig sale with satisfactory results. There was a good yarding and attendance of buyers,* and bidding was spirited. The prices realised were as follow: Forward stores £2; medium stores £1 10s to £T 15= : small stoies, 17s; small weaners 11s.
