The plenary session of the interAllied Conference reached an agreement on all points. The terms of the invitation to Germany were considered and Germany was invited to join the conference. NEW YORK, Aug. 2. The sterling, responding to the news that Germany had been invited to the conference of Allies, reached 443 f cents, the best level in 1924. This represents an overnight gain of nearly three cents. The franc readied five and threetenth cents, gaining seventeen points overnight, and other exchanges gained fractionally. Stock likewise reflected strong optimism, because of the belief that the stabilisation of Germany’s purchasing power will decidedly stimulate trade. This has caused sharp gains in industrial stocks. BERLIN, Aug. 2. The German delegation .departs for London on Alonday, headed by Dr. Marx. (the Chancellor), "Herr -Stresemann (ex-Cbancellor), and Herr Luther, accompanied by representatives of Prussia and Bavaria and numerous experts.
