McMinn Before the Court.
PER PRESS ASSOCIATION'. | Palmerston N., April 25. J The charges against A. F. McMinn of discharging firearms at the dwell>inghouseof Neil Shields and demand-* j ing admittance to Shield's house, and violent behaviour, and also discharging firearms within the borougti, I have been set down for hearing at the I Court to-day. It is alleged the l offences occurred during " Powelka Week." McMinn is also charged with assaulting M. E. Laybourne and E. Pratt, whom it is alleged he "stuck up," but the cases have not yet been reached.
