MR DINNIE'S REPLY TO THE ROYAL COMMISSIONER. FULL PUBLICATION URGED. PER PRESi> ASSOCIATON. , Wellington, November 16 A. deputation of Wellington citizens waited upon the Minister for Justice today ani asked that the reply of Commissioner Diunie to the report of the Royal Commissioner on the administration of the police force should be laid before Parliament. "Phe deputation urged that full justice should be done to Mr Dinnie in regard to allowing him ample opportunity to give his own explanation in the face of the aspersions cast upon his administration by Mr Bishop. Dr Findlay, in rep?y. said that Cabinet had not yet decided anything in regard to this matter, but when the position was being considered the fullest measure of fairness would be given to Mr Dinnie, and an opportunity would be given for the full publication of Mr Dinnie's reply, and for securing fair play.
