T HEREBY Give Notice that 1 Edward James Watt ( was on the 16th day of April, 1909, duly nominated as a Candidate for the office of Councillor for the Heretaunga Riding, and that as he was the only candidate nominated for such office, I did on the day aforesaid, and at the place of nominalion, publicly declare, and do hereby publicly notify, the said EDWARD JAMES WATT to bt duly elected to such office.
