GERMANY IN SOMOA.

Germany considers that the Somoan expedition has accomplished its task. The cruiser Leipzig remains in the South Seas, and the other vessels proceed to Tsingtau. Owing to the proof of difficulties in communicating with the South Sea colonies, the German Colonial Office is arranging a wireless telegraphy connection with the cables through Yap Island.
