•PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wanganui, April 15. The holders of the Mephan-Fer-guson locking bar steel pipe patent rights in the United States have secured a contract from the city of New York for six-;lel diameter locking bar pipes, requiring 20,000 tons of steel plates for their manufacture.
