PER PRESS AW)r IA xiO Tiuia.ru last; night— An enquiry ■■nto the fire at the Farmers' Cooperative building was held by the directors to-day. .Nothing definite was elicited except fcnat every care had been taken to extinguish all the lights. The man employed as cleaner find caretaker said lie saw the last workers out, and went round after them. He suggested the fire was thrown through a broken window, but this was on the ground floor, and other evidence showed the tire occurred on the third floor. Witness considered the fire was not accidental The directors necided to a reward of £SO for inform &• tiou as to the origin of the fire, and £2OO for a conviction of the incendipiy This is the fourth fire and the third heavy loss the Farmers' Cooperative Company have had.
