A party of five, including Colonels Clarke and Shepston, a doctor and a magistrate, have started lor Usutu to arrest Dinizulu. Colonel Mackenzie remains at Mongolia to be ready in the event of Dinizulu refusing. COLONIES WILL ASSIST. (Received 9, 8.49 a.m.) Durban, Dec. 8. • General Botha has promised to help Natal in the event of serious trouble with the Zulus, with the stipulation that the administration must be reformed in order to remove native dissa isfaction and unrest. The Caps Government has also promised to help.
