In the assembly and in reply fo a statement that the B<mk had decided to close down on the Ironworks Company, and that it appeals to the Government to devise a means to keep the works going, Mr Wade stattd he had no official information of the matter, and could not say what further steps would be takpn, but the Government was prepared to make efforts to prevent a dislocation of the industry.
